Servicing Pricing

Standard oil boiler service                       £85 

Combi oil boiler service                             £85

Condensing oil boiler service                 £85        

Breakdown in addition to service        £45 per hour

If there is no access to the boiler or it is unserviceable there will be a £45 charge

(Any parts required in addition to a service will be charged as extra)

Breakdown/Call out Labour Rates

Labour rate  £70 first hour, thereafter £45 per hour (Mon-Fri  9.00am - 5.00pm)

Labour rate  £70 first hour, thereafter £45 per hour (Sat  9.00am - 12.00pm)

Labour rate  £90 first hour, thereafter £65 per hour (out of normal hours)

We do not charge VAT.

A high percentage of boiler breakdowns can be repaired in the first hour.

Having your boiler serviced annually ensures it is operating efficiently and safely.
